For one of our clients, a multinational company located in Barcelona, Manpower is looking for a



Payroll & HR Administrator (Benelux)



The selected candidate will be incorporated directly by our client. He/She will be responsible for the delivery of payroll and administrative tasks in cooperation with the external payroll provider.



Tasks

• Manage the payroll processing vendors for Belgium, Switzerland and The Netherlands.
• Control payroll input versus output data, understand trends, and explain differences.
• Payments and declarations to tax authorities and similar.
• Help employees on enquiries about their pay-slips, contracts, absences, etc.
• Employment contracts, preparation of certificates.
• Manage the time-keeping system.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.
• Represent the organization in case of internal or external audit.



Qualifications

• Payroll Knowledge, or in default relevant accounting, controlling or HR IT experience.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Data Analysis.
• Country knowledge, including tax and social security understanding.
• Languages: French, Dutch, English.
